Clubbercise classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights & our trademark LED glow sticks set to a sound track of old & new club hits - a fusion of dance, toning & combat moves.

Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet & fitness in a low impact, high intensity workout.  No experience is required.  Barre Attack is suitable for all ages & level of fitness.

BODYPUMP - a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned & fit - fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

BODYBALANCE - the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.  You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm 

                                      and centered. Happy.

Kangatraining is a safe, fun, postnatal workout for mums & bubs.  It involves gentle, core strengthening floor work followed by a fun cardio workout while you cuddle your loved one in a safe baby carrier.

Mums with Bubs Barre Attack - Enjoy all the benefits of Barre Attack while bubs is in the room with you!  Our professional creche staff look after & play with your loved one just 6 feet away from the barre.

Mums with Bubs BODYBALANCE - Enjoy all the benefits of BODYBALANCE while bubs is on the mat with you!  You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
